Will I be able to talk to the inspector?

Yes. Vehicles are as unique as a finger print and almost everyone will have some kind of a follow up question to the inspection. If you have any questions we are here to help!

What if I need to cancel the inspection?

You can cancel the appointment anytime before the day of the inspection. If you cancel on the day of the inspection there is a $30.00 cancellation fee.

How long does the inspection take?

Most vehicles will take 45 minutes to 1 hour. We do a complete and thorough examination of the vehicle and that takes some time. When we are finished with our inspection you can be certain that you will have all the information you need so you can make the most informed purchasing decision.

When can I have an inspection done?

All inspections are done by appointment only. We are available Mon-Fri 8am-6pm

Do you check for accident, frame, or flood damage?

Yes. Vehicles that have been in an accident or flood have distinct signs that can be detected by our trained inspectors. We will give you a detailed explanation of any issues that may arise.

How do I order an inspection?

Orders can be placed online at www.vehicleinspectors.com, or by phone during regular business hours. Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day 7-days a week. Once you place an order we will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment.

How do I get the report?

The report will be sent to you via email within 3 business days.

Who does the inspection?

An ASE certified technician, travels to the vehicle, performs all points you request to be inspected, and then fills out the report on our proprietary vehicle inspection application.
