A clean, independent inspection lane for your dealership.
Vehicle Inspectors gives your team a trusted third-party inspection partner for sight-unseen buyers, out-of-state deals, and high-value units. No upsells, no finance pitch — just clear condition reports you can stand behind.

Remote buyer confidence for out-of-state and online leads.
White-label reports that plug into your existing sales process.
Nationwide inspector network for multi-rooftop groups.
Who this program is for
Dealers who want fewer surprises and more confident buyers.
If your store sells to out-of-area buyers, handles a lot of late-model trade-ins, or lists vehicles on third-party marketplaces, you already know: trust is the real currency.
Our role is simple — we provide independent pre-purchase inspections that make it easier for serious buyers to say “yes” without flying in first. You stay focused on sales, financing, and delivery. We handle condition.
Program options
Plug us into your sales flow the way that makes sense.
Buyer-initiated inspections
The cleanest option for most rooftops. When a prospect asks for an independent inspection, your team can refer them directly to Vehicle Inspectors. We coordinate everything and deliver the report to the buyer.
You simply provide access to the vehicle and a point of contact. Many dealers use this model as a trust-builder for high-value, performance, or specialty units.
Dealer-initiated / partner programs
For stores that want to go further, we can help you create a repeatable inspection lane for select units: incoming trades, retail-ready inventory, or “remote-only” vehicles.
You choose which vehicles get inspected and how reports are shared — internally only, or as a marketing asset for serious buyers.
How it works
A simple flow your sales team can learn in one meeting.
Step 1
We set up your store profile
Share your rooftop details, primary contacts, preferred access process, and any notes we should know about how you like inspections handled.
Step 2
You send or refer inspection requests
Your team either refers buyers to Vehicle Inspectors or submits requests on their behalf. We confirm details, schedule, and assign a certified inspector.
Step 3
We inspect the vehicle on-site
The inspector arrives at your dealership, completes a structured checklist, captures photos, and uploads a digital report. Your team simply provides access.
Step 4
Report delivered, questions answered
The buyer receives the report and, when needed, can request a short debrief call with the inspector. You benefit from fewer “what about…?” emails and more ready buyers.

Dealer questions we hear most often
Do buyers pay for the inspection, or do we?
Most partners start with buyer-paid inspections so your team can simply refer interested customers. Some groups later add dealer-initiated inspections for select units where it makes sense as a sales tool.
Do you compete with our service department?
No. We do not sell repairs, maintenance packages, or extended warranties. Our only product is an independent inspection and report — that neutrality is part of what buyers value.
Can we see a sample report before we commit?
Yes. Visit our Sample Report page to download a real Vehicle Inspectors report and review the level of detail your customers will receive.
